Sexual Violence and Sexual Harassment

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the California Civil Rights Department (CRD) investigate reports of unlawful harassment, including sexual violence, in employment. The U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights (DOE-OCR) investigates complaints of sexual harassment, including sexual violence, of students and employees in University programs or activities. The U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Office for Civil Rights (HHS-OCR) investigates complaints of sexual harassment, including sexual violence, occurring in the context of clinical, health, research, education and employment programs.
